Systems Engineer from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería and MBA from ESAN, with a specialization in digital business. Registered with the Peruvian College of Engineers (CIP). He has led IT departments in financial services, commerce and the public sector, and teaches project management in postgraduate programs. Active member of the PMI chapter.
