Who is responsible

What data we receive

Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone and the content of your message. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to send you a proposal. We do not use it to send you advertising and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

With the providers that run the site: the service that delivers form messages to our inbox (Web3Forms) and the web hosting service (Vercel). These providers may be located outside Peru.

How long we keep it

For as long as the business relationship lasts and up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, under Peruvian Law No. 29733 and its regulations. Write to hvarasg@gmail.com and we will reply within the legal deadlines. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

Storage in your browser

The site stores a flag in your browser's session storage so the opening animation does not repeat. It is deleted when you close the tab and sends us no data.
